Appointment Cancellation Policy
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required – failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $75 cancellation fee.
- Guests are requested to arrive for their appointment 15 minutes early.
- Guests that arrive late to their appointment by 15 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule or change their original service request to another service offering.
- All sales are final at AlluraMD Aesthetics + Wellness.
- Tips are permitted for non-medical treatments only. Therefore, guests may only tip Estheticians, Spa Therapists and Guest Experience Specialists. As always, tips for exceptional service is never expected, but certainly appreciated!
